“Are We in ‘Interesting Times’ Yet?”

As I write this, President Trump has just been transported to Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C. as a “precaution”. Since the statement was likely written by “Washington-speak”-ers, I have no idea if the President is clinging to life or was merely “transported to Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C. as a ‘precaution’”. In any event, I ask for your prayers for him, his family, and our nation.

As I mentioned in my last missive just a couple of days ago (“Bloody September”), the fare-for-the-day for the foreseeable future is going to be market volatility. Because of the anticipated media wild speculation on possible outcomes of things that have never happened before—it’s a 150-hour a day news-cycle, remember?—we will be treated to the weirdest, nastiest, most far-out-there, and just plain bad news coverage you can possibly imagine. And you can bet it will continue past the election. So, strap in. And don’t watch.

In the meantime, we are still well-positioned to ride through the turbulence.

The seat-belt sign is coming on.

<DING>

As always, I pray that God richly blesses you and your family and animals!

Best Wishes in Peace and Joyfulness,

Kaye
